Program 1:
Traditional lease/finance funding is available for owner's with higher credit scores and
industry experience. For example, if you have been working as a manager of a Pizza
Shop for the past five years and you are looking to open your own shop, have at least a
650 credit score, we have programs that allow you to borrow up to $25,000.
Program 2:
This program is for those looking for more than $50,000 and requires good credit and
a personal financial statement.
Program 3:
We can also provide Start-Up funding using future credit card receipts. For example, if
you have a signed lease contract where your rent is in excess of $5,000 and you have
obtained or will be obtaining a liquor license and have experience, we can fund you 3
times your monthly lease amount up to $50,000. If your building lease is $6,000 per
month and you have your liquor license and applicable industry experience, you are
eligible for $18,000. These funds would be repaid from your daily credit card receipts!
